Flexible Early Years Practitioner – Outdoor Learning

Thrive Happitots Cumbernauld is looking for an Early Years Practitioner (Unqualified and Qualified) to join our friendly, outdoor‑focused nursery on a zero hour contract with flexible hours. Pay is £12.80 per hour, rising to £13.45 per hour for suitably qualified candidates.

You’ll provide safe, engaging experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years, support daily routines and holiday cover, and build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
