Support Worker for Independent Living & Activities

Thera Trust is seeking a caring Support Worker to help a lady live independently at home in England. You will provide patient, person-centred support with daily living, personal care and communication, and introduce activities that matter to her.

Flexibility is key: shifts including sleep-ins, with a confident communicator who can learn Makaton if needed. You’ll work in a supportive, inclusive team that values empathy and independence.
