Staff Nurse (Band 5) – Intermediate Care, Flexible Hours

Locala is recruiting a Staff Nurse to join our Intermediate Care Team in the Kirklees area. The role is Band 5 with a salary of £32,073-£39,043 and 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis, delivering high-quality nursing care during patient discharge and home recovery.

You will work collaboratively with GPs, Physician Associates, and other professionals to support service users on their journey home, monitor deteriorations, manage complex wound care, and uphold the trust’s standards.
