The role you will play:
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build your own specialist market, develop relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate deals and earn uncapped commission on every placement you make.You will:
- Source and interview high-quality candidates
- Build relationships with clients and win new business
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Become an expert within your specialist market
