Bank Support Worker – Complex Care for Teen (Leigh)

Acuity Care Group is seeking Female Bank Support Workers in Leigh to assist a 14-year-old with complex medical needs at home. You will provide daily living support, assist with a modified diet, mobility, and behavioural management in a calm, patient, and person-centred manner.

The role requires following care plans, risk assessments, and health protocols, with strong teamwork to support the family and professionals. DBS funding and ongoing training are provided.
