Therapeutic Children’s Residential Support Worker

Esland Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our 24/7 children’s homes. You will build trusting relationships with young people, support daily living tasks, and help them grow in a therapeutic, nurturing environment.

The role is based at Epworth House, with a shift pattern including sleep-ins and 173 hours per month. A full UK driving licence and right to work are essential, with opportunities to progress within the Residential Department.
