The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for night shifts at Thurnby Fields, a new care home opening September 2026 in Leicester. We require passionate, reliable carers who work well in a close-knit team and are committed to promoting independence and choice for residents.
Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), have knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, supervisory experience, and medication administration qualifications.
