Children’s Residential Support Worker – Growth & Training Path

Esland Group is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker at Redwood Farm, Nottingham. This permanent, full-time role supports children in a residential setting, providing high levels of care and safeguarding.

You will join a 365-day service with rotating shifts; typical pattern 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential, with opportunities for progression and paid induction training.
