Autism Plus in Hull is seeking a dedicated full-time night shift Support Worker to provide person-centred support to adults with autism and learning disabilities in Hull Supported Living services.
You will assist with daily tasks, health needs, and community participation, following Care Plans, with a 3-week induction provided. Shifts may cover weekends/bank holidays; driving licence is desirable.
