Support Worker – Empowering Independence & Wellbeing

Milton Keynes City Council is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Adult Provider Services team. You will support adults with a range of needs, delivering personalised care in line with care plans and helping them participate in meaningful activities.

This is a site-based role; interviews will be held on 11 November 2026. We foster a supportive, collaborative culture committed to dignity, wellbeing and independence for the people we serve.
