Community Support Worker – Home Care (Paid Travel)

Sage Care | City & County Healthcare Group is seeking a Community Support Worker for our Shepherd’s Bush branch, covering homes across Brixton Hill, Streatham, Chelsea, Clapham, Earls Court and South Kensington. Hourly rates range from £14.80 to £15.30, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

You will travel between client homes in the London area without requiring a car, delivering personal care, companionship and practical support while following personalised care plans.
