Part-Time Young Persons Support Worker — Build Independence On-Site

Pathways in Bath is seeking a Young Persons Support Worker to provide one-to-one support for young people with medium to high support needs. You will help with budgeting, tenancy, wellbeing and planning moves to independent living, tailoring support to each person’s goals.

Sessions can be conducted off-site at times, though this role is on-site at Pathways in Bath. The role is 15 hours per week across two days, with Wednesday as a fixed day.
