Youth & Family Wellbeing Worker

Change Grow Live in Buckinghamshire seeks a Children and Family Worker to support children and young people affected by someone else’s substance use. You’ll deliver group work, 1:1 sessions and family interventions in a confidential setting, focused on safe, healthy, and empowering outcomes.

The role requires experience with young people, safeguarding knowledge, and a good grasp of substance misuse services. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites are essential.
