Support Worker – Mental Health & Learning Disability

Priory Group is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for Ty Ffynu in Abergavenny. This permanent, full-time role involves supporting residents with mental health needs and learning disabilities, delivering person-centred care, and helping individuals live as independently as possible.

You’ll work a 7:45–20:00 shift alongside a multidisciplinary team, with full training and opportunities for career development within Priory’s supportive environment.
