Remote SDR Team Lead – UK Growth & Offshore Ops

Unicorn is seeking an SDR Team Lead to own UK outbound and manage an offshore SDR agency, in a fully remote role based in the UK. You will lead UK outbound hands-on, shape target accounts and messaging with sales and marketing, and run the offshore agency relationship.

You’ll set targets and SLAs, review performance, and report on pipeline while keeping the CRM clean and building scalable playbooks. Within a year, UK outbound should be a predictable pipeline source and you’ll be ready to build
