Retention Account Manager — EdTech (Hybrid)

Digital Theatre+ is seeking a commercially minded Account Manager to join our Retention team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working. You will manage a varied portfolio of customers in the education sector, own renewals, and identify opportunities to retain and grow accounts.

You’ll balance relationship-building with confident negotiations, proactive account management and achievement of retention targets, while collaborating with Success, Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
