Mobile Housing Surveyor – Social Housing (Essex)

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to manage a predominantly Essex-based patch of social housing properties. The role requires diagnosing defects, overseeing remedial works and ensuring repairs meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll conduct responsive repairs, damp and mould assessments, and pre-void/post-void inspections, working largely remotely with regular team meetings and field visits across Chelmsford, Braintree and surrounding areas.
