Are you a bright, dynamic and proactive Team PA who thrives in a fast-paced financial environment?

Do you enjoy working closely with senior executives, juggling priorities and being at the heart of a busy, successful team?

Are you a natural team player with excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and a genuine can-do attitude?

If you enjoy taking ownership, thinking on your feet and getting involved wherever needed, we’d love to hear from you!

A successful and growing credit hedge fund is looking for an outstanding Team PA to join its London office. With a flat structure, open-plan trading floor and a refreshingly down-to-earth culture, this is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a close-knit support team.

You’ll be working closely with senior Partners and colleagues across the business, including regular contact with the US. This is a hands-on, varied role where no job is too big or too small, and there’s real scope to develop your responsibilities as the business grows.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Providing proactive PA and administrative support to senior Partners and the wider team
  • Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments across international time zones
  • Organising internal and external meetings, in person and on Teams
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence and other business documents
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
  • Working closely with colleagues in London and the US
  • Supporting the wider business with ad hoc projects and administrative requirements
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm and becoming a trusted, go-to member of the team

The skills you need to bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ previous Team PA or Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with senior executives
  • Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
  • A bright, enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a genuine willingness to get stuck in
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Teams
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage changing priorities
  • A positive attitude, great social skills and a genuine team-player mentality
