Regional IPS Leader — Employment Support & Growth

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking an experienced IPS Regional Manager to oversee the operational performance, quality, sustainability and growth of IPS services across Norfolk and Suffolk. You will lead Service Managers and drive fidelity to IPS standards while aligning with commissioners and NHS partners.

You will shape strategy, foster partnerships with local authorities and employers, and identify opportunities for innovation and service development across the region.
