Senior Property Maintenance Leader | Hybrid, £54k+

Curo Group is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager in Bath to lead our Specialist Works team, overseeing damp and mould remediation, major and insurance works and HHSRS compliance.

You will manage a budget over £5m, coordinate in-house and contractor teams, ensure CDM compliance, and keep residents informed during disruptive works.
