Davies is seeking a Fast Track Specialist File Handler to join our Legal team in Bolton on a secondment basis. You will manage litigated and non-delegated motor instructions for insurer clients and the MIB, focusing on fast-track files valued up to £150,000.
The role requires thorough knowledge of Part 7 litigation, CPR rules, and court procedures, with the ability to draft reports, briefs and time records while staying compliant with Client Guidelines and ISO 9001 standards.
