Junior Embedded C Engineer for Aerospace Avionics (AAR)

Eaton’s Aerospace division in Wimborne, Dorset, seeks a junior Software Engineer to design and support embedded C software for Air to Air Refuelling pods, under the Avionics Software Development Team. You will work to RTCA DO 178B/C standards, contribute to documentation, and grow into broader responsibilities.

You’ll collaborate across teams, apply MBSE principles, and develop your skills across requirements, design, verification, and build tooling in a structured, safety-critical environment.
