Technology Operations Support Analyst – Edinburgh

JPMorgan Chase in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Technology Operational Support – Analyst to provide on-site technical support to Contact Centre agents across Europe and to test and evaluate new technology, including Thin Clients, audio equipment and Virtual Desktops.

You will monitor VDI image changes, collaborate with networking teams to maintain firewall configurations, and support vendor onboarding with training and documentation of procedures.
