Field-Based People Partner – London & South (Hospitality)

Wingstop UK&I is seeking a commercially minded People Partner to support 50 restaurants across London and the South. You’ll partner with Market, District and Restaurant Managers, spend time in sites, and translate people insights into tangible business improvements.

This field‑based role requires regular travel, a practical coaching style, and the ability to balance fast‑paced hospitality with fair people practices, engagement and DEI initiatives.
