Capsticks is seeking an operationally focused Team Manager in Leeds to lead the paralegal team delivering fitness to practise work for a major regulatory client. You will line-manage paralegals, balance workloads, and collaborate with fee-earners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
You will also provide hands-on operational support to the Client Account Lead, producing and interpreting management information, financial forecasts and client reporting.
