Hybrid Social Worker – Children Looked After & Adoption

Somerset Council is seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Children Looked After Team in Sedgemoor. You will manage a caseload of children and young people aged 1 to 17, support care planning, and fulfil statutory duties while acting as frontline in corporate parenting.

You must be registered with Social Work England, have experience in care proceedings, adoption, and family courts; IT proficient with LiquidLogic LCS; hold a full driving licence for county travel.
