MCR Property Group is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a Bedford-based project, responsible for cost control, procurement, and financial delivery from inception through final account. The role is site-based with regular valuations and project reviews, offering visibility to senior management.

You will manage subcontract procurement, cost reporting, forecasting, and variations, working within a growing property business and collaborating with project managers and other surveyors.
