Senior Technical Claims Specialist

Marsh in Norwich is seeking a Claims Handler (or Senior Claims Handler, depending on experience) for a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. This is a technical role, not a call centre, dealing with large, complex global insurance contracts and high-value placements.

You will handle new claim notifications, negotiate settlements with insurers, review policy wordings and meet client SLA targets while maintaining high service standards and autonomy.
