Senior QS — Construction, High-Growth Projects

MCR Property Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a flagship residential village project in Bedford. You will ensure schemes are procured efficiently and delivered within budgets and programmes, providing hands‑on commercial expertise from inception through to final account.

Reporting into the Construction Director and Commercial Director, you will own monthly cost reporting, forecasting, contract and subcontract packages, and management of variations.
