Planned Works Quantity Surveyor – Office-Based (Bromley)

Thomas Gray Ltd, an SME main contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Planned Works division in Bromley. The role is office-based, permanent, five days a week, and focuses on commercial delivery across planned maintenance and improvement programmes.

You will manage schedules, cost reporting, and subcontractor accounts, working closely with operations and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial information and successful project delivery.
