Senior Community Mental Health Nurse — Crisis & Home Treatment

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse for the Waltham Forest Home Treatment Team / Crisis Care Team. You will work within a 24-hour HTT service across ICAH bases, ward liaison and home visits, ensuring safeguarding, risk management and timely discharges where appropriate.

Applicants should have NMC registration, extensive crisis assessment experience and the ability to lead and teach students and staff in a multidisciplinary environment.
