Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in the Brighton area seeks a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the MHST. You will manage a small caseload of children and young people with low to moderate concerns and deliver early interventions in line with CAMHS.
You will work closely with schools, GPs, social care and public health to support a whole-school approach to mental health, contributing to better outcomes for CYP in the locality.
