Ready to lead a well-established, Good-rated service? Forest Care Selection is working with a specialist provider of Mental Health and ABI services to find its next Ward Manager.

You’ll oversee the day to day management of one of this providers specialist wards.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the day to day activities of the ward and it’s operations.
• Lead, train, supervise and appraise all nursing and support staff for the ward.
• Coordinate staff rotas and input into Clinical Governance meetings.

What you’ll bring:

• Nursing qualification RGN/RMN
• Experience of leading nursing teams and ideally within a similar setting
• NMC PIN

What’s on offer: £55,000 base salary, plus benefits.
