Lennox Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the UK’s leading Education recruitment agencies who source teachers for Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across Essex.

We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment consultant with good Business Development skills (cold calling clients and winning new business).

Any previous sector experience is welcomed

Recruitment consultants will be running a Dual desk (Temp and Perm placements).

Here are the details

• Up to £50k depending on individual experience.
• 10% commission on permanent placements and up 25% on contract placements.
• With a potential guarantee on earnings for the right candidate.
• Working 7am – 4pm during term time and 9am – 3pm in the school holidays.
• 1 day a week remote working.
