Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care (Independence)

LinsCare is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the Long-Term Adult Social Care OT team based in Colindale, London. You will assess adults 18+ with long-term conditions to promote independence and safety at home and in the community.

You will work within Care Act 2014 guidelines, delivering person-centred interventions, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to identify equipment and adaptations as needed.
