Orders of St. John Care Trust seeks a Deputy Home Manager for Melksham Gardens, a brand-new 80-bed home opening in 2027. You will support the Home Manager, lead a team, and help establish efficient ways of working to deliver high standards of person-centred care.

You’ll plan rotas, recruit and train staff, monitor performance and contribute to occupancy and cost management in a dynamic, evolving environment.
