Lead Hygiene Manager – Food Production

MacGregor Black partners with a leading food production business to appoint a Hygiene Manager based in Darlington. This full-time role focuses on maintaining hygiene standards and preparing for BRC audits in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead the hygiene team, coordinate training, develop work instructions for new equipment, and identify cleaning improvements to keep site compliant and safe.
