Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is recruiting a Home Based Treatment Mental Health Practitioner (Band 6) to join the urgent care team in a role delivering home-based care in a 24-hour shift pattern. Night duties and weekend work may be required as part of flexible arrangements.
You will work within urgent care, participate in service development, and ensure safeguarding practices are followed.
