Senior Community Dementia and Geriatric Mental Health Nurse

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a West Peripatetic Dementia Older Person Nurse (Band 6) based in Cornwall. The post covers Bolitho House Penzance and other locations, with 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

The role involves assessing and treating two client groups (dementia and adults over 75 with mental health needs) within a community setting, coordinating care with partners and family. A fixed-term or secondment opportunity is available.
