Overview
In this role you provide high-quality, on-time input to client projects in healthcare, supporting problem-solving from basic analyses to developing more complex solutions. You may lead small teams or work streams to deliver client-facing deliverables. You will help review requirements, draft proposals and documentation, and present evidence-based recommendations within established frameworks. Expect to grow knowledge of consulting methodologies and the healthcare market through hands-on engagements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing client requirements and developing solutions
- Contribute to detailed documentation and specifications
- Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses to identify client issues and craft solutions
- Assist in designing and preparing audience-appropriate presentations
- Develop and potentially present client deliverables within known frameworks
- Advance knowledge of consulting methods and healthcare market through engagements and learning opportunities
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of related experience
- Teamwork across the organization to achieve goals
- Understanding of business processes and decision-making impacts
- Knowledge of consulting methods and tools relevant to one’s area
