Architectural RTO: On-Site Quality and Coordination Lead

CIAP ARCHITECTS PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Resident Technical Officer (Architectural) to monitor progress, quality, safety and environmental controls on a major project. You will ensure architectural specifications are met and supervise coordination with M&E and structural teams on site.

You will produce detailed site progress reports, manage defects, and liaise with consultants and contractors. Start anticipated in Q4 2026/Q1 2027, with strong communication and integrity essential.
