Housing L&D Specialist: Professional Standards (Hybrid)

Venn Group is recruiting an Interim Housing Learning & Development Officer for a London Borough. You will deliver and coordinate the housing professionalisation programme, maintain records, and support the implementation of the CCS and professional standards.

You will analyse training needs, design workshops, and work with Oracle Learn to align competence and development activity with inspection readiness. The role is hybrid, London-based, and initially for 3 months.
