Senior Distribution Sales Leader, Europe (Remote)

Semtech seeks a Distribution Sales Manager to drive strategic distribution across Europe, owning $30M+ revenue and aligning partners to market opportunities. You will lead 3–4 distributors, train and coach, and work closely with FAEs, product management, and marketing to capture major opportunities.

You will manage complex commissions, forecast with high accuracy, and travel 30–40% within Europe to build relationships with Tier 1/2 accounts and partners.
