Raphael Nursery is seeking a Regional Director to lead multiple nurseries with a focus on safeguarding, quality, and financial performance. You will coach Nursery Managers, ensure Ofsted readiness, and foster a high-performing, supportive culture across our growing group.

With strong EYFS knowledge and leadership experience, you will guide strategic development, drive occupancy, and manage budgets while supporting staff development and succession planning.
