Global People Partner: HR Strategy & Leadership Enablement

Wise is hiring a Global People Partner (Global HR Business Partner) to join our expanding People Partners team. Based in our London office, you’ll support Payment Operations and Global Product Operations across 7 locations, serving ~650 Wisers in direct stakeholder groups.

You’ll be a commercially-minded HR professional partnering with senior leaders, delivering pragmatic people solutions, and driving DEI initiatives at scale within Wise’s global People Team.
