Director of Frontline Services & Infrastructure

Reading Borough Council is seeking a Director to lead frontline services and shape a portfolio of in-house operations, including highways, fleet and waste services. You will oversee a budget exceeding £30 million and guide strategic decisions on fleet replacement and service improvements.

Joining Team Reading, you will work with the senior leadership group to drive change, support managers, and deliver value for residents while developing both services and people across the borough.
