We’re looking for a Cleaning Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
Contract: Cleaning Operative – ExternalType: Full time – 3 month probation periodHours: 37.5hrs per weekPay: £13.45 per hourLocation: White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds, LS11 8LUEssential to role – Full Uk driving licence
Working a pattern of 4 days on – 2 days offA mix of early shifts – 06.30hrs – 14.30hrs and late shifts 14.00hrs – 22.00hrs plus weekend working
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
- Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
- Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
