A bit about thejob:
You’ll join our DLG Legal Servicesteam, managing a caseload of claimant non-portal road trafficaccident personal injury claims from instruction through tosettlement or litigation. You’ll investigate liability, assessdamages, negotiate with third parties, and support clients throughevery stage of their claim. Your work will help deliver fairoutcomes, excellent customer experiences, and efficient claimlifecycles. You’ll play an important role in protecting ourreputation for high-quality legal services while making sureclients feel supported and informed throughout theirjourney.
Skills and experiencewe’re looking for:
- Experience handling non-portal RTA personal injury claimsand litigated personal injury cases.
- Strongknowledge of Pre-Action Protocols, Civil Procedure Rules (CPR), andpersonal injury claims processes.
- Experienceinvestigating liability and assessing both special and generaldamages.
- Excellent communication andnegotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex matters ina clear and reassuring way.
- Ability to managea busy caseload while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail,and high servicestandards.
