Project Manager (HVAC) | Bristol | Up to £80,000 + Package

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an established Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical projects across Bristol and the South West.

Working on a range of high-profile schemes, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle management of HVAC and mechanical projects
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Driving programme and project delivery objectives
• Monitoring costs, variations and project performance
• Ensuring health, safety and quality standards are upheld
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record delivering HVAC or Mechanical Building Services projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Experience managing projects ranging from £500k to £10m+
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills
