I am currently working with a well-established Property Management business with a significant portfolio across the UK. They are looking to hire an FP&A Manager to join their London finance team. This is a highly commercial role, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business and providing financial insight to support strategic decision making.

Your new role

Your main responsibilities will include:

n

• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes

n

• Producing monthly management reporting, analysis and commentary

n

• Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial insight

n

• Analysing business performance, identifying key trends, risks and opportunities

n

• Developing financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis

n

• Driving improvements across FP&A processes, reporting and financial controls

n

n

What you'll need to succeed

n

n You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Previous experience within the real estate or property management industry would be highly desirable. Strong business partnering and financial modelling skills are a bonus.

What you'll get in returnYou'll receive a competitive salary of £70,000-£75,000 + benefits. This is a great opportunity to gain strong exposure across senior leadership. You will have the opportunity to influence business performance, develop the FP&A function and work closely with operational teams across the portfolio.
